Making an Appointment
Upon making your appointment you will be asked a number of questions including your name and contact details. You will be asked the reason for your visit to ensure we allow enough time to schedule your appointment.
You do not require a referral for cosmetic procedures. However, some procedures can be classed as medical procedures and a referral from your medical practitioner will enable you to receive a Medicare Rebate. Please speak with one of our admin staff to see which procedures can be classed as medical.
Once you have scheduled your appointment for your consultation a confirmation letter will be sent to you to remind you of your consultation. If you decide you want to change or cancel your consultation, you will need to let us know 48 hours prior otherwise you will incur a cancellation fee.
Upon your arrival at your consultation, you will be required to fill out an information form. Please allow five minutes in your arrival time to complete this form.
A cosmetic consultation will take over an hour and a lesion consultation may take up to 30 minutes.
You will spend a significant amount of time with one of our surgeons discussing the procedure in depth, going through your family and medical history and ensuring you are a suitable candidate for your chosen procedure.
Following your consultation, you will then see a cosmetic consultant regarding possible surgical dates and to provide a quote for your chosen procedure.
Consultation costs is $350 as of the 1st March 2019.
