Under the guidance of Dr Mark Vucak and Dr Ian Tassan, the dedicated professionals at our cosmetic surgery practices in Townsville, Mt Isa, Mackay and Rockhampton, help patients navigate the entire treatment process, from intital consultation to final post-surgical checkup, with genuine care.
Every member of the staff at Queensland Plastic Surgery have vast experience in the medical field and an established record of excellence in patient care. Our staff works closely with Dr Vucak and Dr Tassan and our cosmetic surgery patients throughout the treament process.
Suellen Stevens - Practice Manager
Suellen is based at our Head Office in Townsville and is responsible for the overall running of the Practice. Suellen works closely with the staff of Queensland Plastic Surgery to ensure that patients receive only the best patient care and that every experience with our Surgery is a positive one. Suellen has been with the Practice since 2009 and is equipped with the knowledge to answer any patient enquiries.
Jenny-Lee Meehan - Finance Manager
Jenny-Lee is a qualified Accountant and handles the finances for Queensland Plastic Surgery and Chrysalis Skin Technology. Jenny-Lee works with our accounts department and is available to assist with any questions in regards to accounts.
Tanya Gode - Procedural Booking Consultant (Townsville)
With a background in a diverse range of medical fields, Tanya is equipped to answer any questions and provide information in regards to Cosmetic and Lesion Surgery, for both Dr Tassan and Dr Vucak. Tanya is knowledgeable in all procedures performed at Queensland Plastic Surgery and is available to assist patients throughout their journey, to help ensure that its a positive one.
Nicole Ferraris – Procedural Booking Consultant (Townsville)
Nicole has recently joined the Queensland Plastic Surgery team as Procedural Consultant. Along with Tanya, Nicole is available to assist patients with their surgery bookings and is available to answer enquiries regarding both Cosmetic and Lesion Surgery.
Amanda Brady - Registered Nurse & Consultant (Rockhampton)
Amanda has extensive knowledge of surgical treatments performed by Dr Vucak. Her role ensures a smooth transition from your first meeting, planning and conducting your aftercare.
Kate Reid - Enrolled Nurse (Townsville)
Kate works closely with our Surgeons, providing pre- and post-operative care, and assisting with procedures performed in our Theatre. Kate is experienced and knowledgeable in all procedures performed at Queensland Plastic Surgery and is available to answer any questions regarding your care.
Kathy Watt - Enrolled Nurse (Mackay)
Kathy has worked with Dr Vucak for the past 15 years. Kathy works alongside of Dr Vucak in Theatre. Kathy is experienced and knowledgeable in all procedures performed at Queensland Plastic Surgery and is available to answer any questions regarding your care.
Louise Massie – Accounts Receivable and Administration
Louise takes care of all patient accounts with our Practice. Louise works closely with our Finance Manager to provide an efficient service to our patients. Louise is available to assist with all account enquires.
Carly Taylor - Receptionist / Workplace Health & Safety Officer (Townsville)
Carly is our experienced, friendly and efficient Head Receptionist and has been with the team since early 2010. Carly has extensive knowledge in all of the procedures performed at Queensland Plastic Surgery and available to provide assistance with all patient enquiries. Carly is also Queensland Plastic Surgery’s Health & Safety Officer.
Rebekah Schneider - Receptionist (Townsville)
Queensland Plastic Surgery would like to welcome the newest member of our team, Rebekah. Bek recently joined the team in September 2011 and along with Carly, is the first point of contact at our Head Office in Townsville. Bek is available to provide assistance with all enquiries and is knowledgeable in all of the procedures performed at Queensland Plastic Surgery.
Amanda James – Receptionist (Rockhampton), Marketing Manager
Amanda is available to provide assistance with all enquires and is knowledgeable in all of the procedures performed at Queensland Plastic Surgery. Mandy is the contact person for all enquiries regarding our Rockhampton Practice and ensures that each of our Rockhampton patients has a positive and rewarding experience throughout their plastic surgery journey.
